DIRECTIONS: Best applied when the body is warm after a shower. Press the stick on the armpit to warm. Glide 1-2 times per armpit. Do not over-apply as that will decrease effectiveness and may stain shirt. You should not have to drag the stick across the pit which may cause irritation. Be patient. Warm first and then gently glide.
